By accessing or using the Noble One Realty client portal (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Noble One Realty on behalf of Toinette Kwayisi, Realtor®, affiliated with Keller Williams Realty ("Agent"). These Terms govern your use of the Service as a client of the Agent.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a transaction visibility and communication portal designed to keep real estate clients informed throughout their transaction. The Service provides:

• A real-time view of your transaction's progress and current stage
• Access to transaction-related documents shared by your agent
• A task list identifying actions you may need to take
• A communication feed for updates from your agent

3. Not Legal or Financial Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes legal advice, financial advice, real estate advice, or any other professional advice. The plain-English explanations of transaction stages and tasks are provided for informational clarity only and do not create any professional relationship between you and Noble One Realty.

For legal questions regarding your transaction, consult a licensed Georgia real estate attorney. For financial questions, consult a licensed financial advisor or your lender.

4. Account Access and Security

Access to the Service is by invitation only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your login link or password confidential and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Not attempt to access another user's account or any portion of the Service you are not authorized to use

5. Documents and Data

Documents made available through the Service are shared by your agent for your informational use. You may not redistribute, publish, or share transaction documents with unauthorized third parties.

The Service is not the official record-keeper for your real estate transaction. Official transaction records are maintained by your agent, brokerage, title company, and applicable governmental entities. Do not rely solely on the Service as your archive of transaction documents.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law, including Georgia law
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is the property of Noble One Realty and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Noble One Realty and Toinette Kwayisi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to use the Service.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
