Noble One Realty ("we," "us," or "our") operates a client transaction portal (the "Service") on behalf of licensed real estate agent Toinette Kwayisi, Realtor®, affiliated with Keller Williams Realty. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Name, email address, and phone number provided during account creation or transaction setup
- Transaction-related information such as property address, purchase price, and closing date
- Documents you upload to the Service
- Messages and communications sent through the portal
Information collected automatically:
- Login activity, session data, and authentication tokens
- Device type, browser type, and IP address
- Pages visited and features used within the Service
Information from third parties:
- If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google in accordance with their privacy policy
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide you access to your transaction portal and related documents
- Send transaction updates, task reminders, and communications from your agent
- Authenticate your identity and maintain account security
- Comply with legal obligations applicable to real estate transactions in Georgia
- Improve the functionality and performance of the Service
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored using Supabase, a cloud database provider, on servers located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), row-level database security, and access controls to protect your personal information.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Georgia Data Breach Notification
In accordance with the Georgia Personal Identity Protection Act (O.C.G.A. § 10-1-910 et seq.), in the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will notify affected individuals in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, consistent with the legitimate needs of law enforcement, and consistent with any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.
Notification will be provided via email to the address associated with your account, or by written notice if email is unavailable.
6. Document Retention
Transaction documents and communications stored in the Service are retained for a minimum of three (3) years following the closing of a transaction, consistent with Georgia real estate record-keeping recommendations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us, subject to any legal retention obligations.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with the following third-party providers:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
- Google OAuth — optional sign-in authentication
- Vercel — web hosting and content delivery
Each provider has their own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
8. Cookies and Session Data
We use session cookies solely for authentication purposes — to keep you logged in to the Service. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies that follow you across other websites.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to legal retention obligations
- Opt out of non-essential communications
